About Us

Country Cuisine Catering is run by Jeremy Dutfield and Maxine Dutfield. Jeremy has been a chef from school and has a wide range of knowledge and experience in all types of private and corporate catering. To name a few, he has worked with Gary Rhodes and Anton Edelman and as a Private Chef on a luxury yacht in the South of France and Head Chef at Vino Vino restaurant Waheki Island New Zealand.

Maxine has been with Country Cuisine for 2 years and her background working with Microsoft for over eight years looking after business retention, development and sales areas has helped to make Country Cuisine a far more streamlined, dedicated and efficient company.

With Jeremy being the hands on side of the company, he dedicates all of his time to creating a product that is personal and styled to each of the clients specific needs and requirements and Maxine being the main point of contact from the first telephone call to the end of each event. They have developed a company that can look after every detail in a way that each event or function runs smoothly and without fault.
